Empowering Students for Success

I am a first-generation Haitian American, driven by a dream to leave a lasting legacy on this earth—one that cultivates young minds and empowers them to become all that they are destined to be. My journey is a testament to the power of perseverance, faith, and the unshakable belief in the American Dream, a dream my parents saw thrive through their children every day.

From my sister, a dedicated dental hygienist, to my brother, an inspiring educator, and my youngest brother, a committed sheriff, we are the living proof that success is possible through hard work and determination. As I pursue my own path—studying to become a nurse and working as a paraprofessional in Newark Public Schools—my ultimate goal is to establish my own practice as a Nurse Practitioner to serve underserved families in my community.

Through Key Support Success Academy, I am building more than an institution—I am building a movement of excellence, faith, and opportunity for the next generation. God is amazing, and with His guidance, we will empower future leaders to achieve greatness.
